2023 Club Ride-Jan 25th-29th

Rates are listed on the attachment. The rates have increased from last year. These are base rates so tax and charges will be added to your reservation. Use the key on bottom of attachment to know what type of room. Reservations are being accepted now at 1-800-555-1714 ask for the Sno-Ghosts block of rooms. If you would like something that is not in the block email Keith. This year has been very frustrating to get the pricing and information in a timely manner. Things seem to change but this is what they told me as of now.

As of right now, a continental breakfast buffet will be offered Friday-Sunday from 7am-10am. You will receive a breakfast ticket at the time of check-in and each day you can pick up breakfast tickets for each day you stay that we offer the breakfast buffet. It is limited to 4 breakfast tickets per room.

I currently have a reservation for Saturday Night Pizza at the Vermillion Club. The plan is do pizza on the club in back room. I am also working on getting a shuttle again to take us over if you are not wanting to ride over. Let me know how many in your group will be riding bus so I can get a count.

Please RSVP to Keith with number attending at kwindschitl@yahoo.com if you plan to attend the pizza dinner and/or contact him if you have any questions about the Club Ride. Again, if you don't see the room you would like I can try to get something added to the block just shoot me an email.
